| #5207 | obsolete | Two USB external drives - CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005) | ||
| Description |
I have had this error message, "CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005)", up and till the last version, 3.0.8. Searching the forum, I saw that someone had to disable an external USB drive to get VirtualBox working. I tried this, and it worked, with one exception; I have 2 external USB drives connected. If I just disconnect one drive, VirtualBox works, but with both connected, I get the error message. Running Windows 7, x64, 4 GB RAM Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2.00GHz Fixed drive: Seagate 100 GB SATA (ST9100821AS) USB drive 1: LaCie 320 GB (Hitachi HTS543232L9A300) USB drive 2: Seagate 120 GB (ST912082 1A) |

| #21111 | fixed | VM periodically lock and close, v 6.1.36, v 6.1.38 | ||
| Description |
I have host Windows 11 Home Single Language (22H2, 22621.521) AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, 32.0 GB 2 - VM (OL7: PostgreSQL 10, Patroni, Keepalived, watchdog, HaProxy, ETCD and I use HugePages for PostgreSQL) I have never seen error before VB 6.1.38, I reinstall 6.1.36, but it happened again. Oh may be Windows last update. Describe: periodically under load or without load VM locks and close. In OS log I did not see any errors. I have other VM machines but all work stable. I tried to see VM logs, but I did not find anything. How can I debug or switch on log, or do something with it? I can provide any information if you need it. |
