| #12589 | obsolete | Debuggers still crashing x64 guests | ||
| Description |
GUI 4.3.6r91406 Extension pack 4.3.6r91406 Additions 4.3.6r91406 Host: Windows 7 x64 SP1 Guest: Windows 7 x64 SP1 Problem:
Both the debugger and debuggee in the guest OS will freeze every time, then after a few seconds the guest will crash and restart. Exact same setup worked fine in 4.2.16 (July 4th, 2013 release), which is what I have resorted to using until recently due to a combination of issues with taking snapshots and other recent problems with debuggers. Ollydbg seems to work on an comparably configured x86 guest in 4.3.6. |

| #8700 | fixed | Mac OS X 10.6 Server still waiting for root device issue | ||
| Description |
Topic says it.....can't install due to "still waiting for root device". I've taken a Mac OS X 10.6 Server DVD, created a cdr image of it in OS X (due to the fact that the DVD is dual layer, and the Windows machine here has only a single layer DVD), and attached it to IDE Primary. Boots through the EFI jazz, starts to go through Darwin (I think) then sits at "Still waiting for root device" and that's where it ends. |
