#11424 obsolete scrollbar windows for a guest with guest additional installed "reappear" after VM restart Roger Pack
Description

resize scrollbars appear after restoring a snapshot

Postby rogerdpack » Fri Dec 21, 2012 12:30 am Hello all. Not exactly a 4.2.6 issue, but still present in 4.2.6...

I've noticed that if I install the guest additions, and resize a "guest" VM, it works great. It resizes well. If I then "Save the machine state" and then restart the VM, it comes up with the (typically associated with guests *without* guest additions) scrollbars on the bottom and right. If I resize the guest VM "at all" (even one pixel) then they immediately go away, and it works great.

Machine in question: Windows 7 host, ubuntu 32 bit guest, VBox 4.2.6, guest additions 4.2.6 installed. It's quite reproducible.

#12129 obsolete screen unresponsive after screen savings uidb4056
Description

On a updated windows 7 guest with last guest additions, after screen goes off it tuns irresponsible, home menu doesn't work on guest. The only way I've found to fix is sending from guest menu Ctrl-Alt-Del and choosing start Task Manager, doing this will return to work properly until next screen savings. Disabling screen savings also prevents the problem but the bug still exist.

Note: On both machines direct 3D support is enabled with WDDM and has been running with this configuration for several previous versions without problems.
