#17910 invalid after windows 10 upgrade no longer able to start my VMs ves
Description

I have a windows 10 machine with several VMs (Ubuntu) installed which were running fine. After Win10 upgrade to 1709 OS Build 16299.551 i cannot access my VMs. Error i get is

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX). Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

My Machine is a Lenovo ThinkPad T470, I checked the BIOS and virtualization is enabled (never made a change to this setting in BIOS)

I tried all the suggestion in this forum https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=84618 but no luck. I reinstalled VB and I tried any other suggestion by googling on this error and still no luck.

#2269 fixed Install failure for Ubuntu 8.04 on Vista 32-bit host -> fixed in SVN/2.1.4 Van
Description

Using this ISO: ubuntu-8.04.1-desktop-i386

Very plain setup as I am new to VirtualBox. I have a WindowsXP guest running and working perfectly.

Upon starting the installation, the initial Ubuntu screen comes up to start the install. When going forward with the installation I see the 'loading linux kernel' bar and when it disappears the Vb screen goes black and my whole machine locks up requiring a hard reset.

Being new here, I am not sure about the information I need to provide. I do not know which component to choose for this ticket. If anyone can give me guidance I will be happy to oblige.

#471 fixed Failed to get the accessibility state of the media versiliberi
Description

When I add or remove a snapshot, I get one or more windows (even tens!) with this error:

Failed to get the accessibility state of the media. Some of the registered media may become inaccessible. Callee RC: 0x80004002

(I traslated it in English, because I have the Italian version).
