| #10122 | invalid | ModifyVM --natpf does not work as documented in the manual, GUI works fine though | ||
| Description |
I have a simple setup with Ubuntu 11.04 Desktop as host and Ubuntu 11.10 CLI-minmal as guest. There is one eth0 on guest which is configured as NAT forwarded. If I add port forwarding rules via the GUI, everything seems to be fine and the rules are in place. However, if I try to accomplish the same thing via CLI, I get following error: $ VBoxManage modifyvm "Clibuntu" --natpf1 "guest7184,tcp,,7184,,7184" VBoxManage: error: The machine 'Clibuntu' is already locked for a session (or being unlocked) VBoxManage: error: Details: code VBOX_E_INVALID_OBJECT_STATE (0x80bb0007), component Machine, interface IMachine, callee nsISupports Context: "LockMachine(a->session, LockType_Write)" at line 367 of file VBoxManageModifyVM.cpp The NAT engine must be working fine as the GUI works, looks like CLI syntax/params are wrong. | #15703 | fixed | VM terminates, host error "The memory could not be read" | ||
| Description |
Host Win10 64 bit Guest Win10 32 bit Start guest In the guest, start notepad. Type several characters by using alt-numeric key pad combinations. e.g. ALT 072 ALT 071 After a few characters the guest terminates and the host reports the error in the attached image. The error is not specific to notepad. My initial discovery was in a different editor. Verified to be present in v5.1.3 also. Tested in 5.0.20 and did not appear to be a problem in that version. |

| #4785 | duplicate | 3D acceleration lags behind and does not update until mouse is moved | ||
| Description |
Guest OS: Ubuntu 9.04 Guest additions: 3.0.4 Logged session:
Window movement seams to work fine, but animations does not progress until mouse is moved. For example if i press a new tab in the GUI some parts of the gui updates but is not completely updated until some mouse movements. Worked in earlier 3.0 versions, 3.0.0 i think. |
