| #701 | duplicate | Xen dom0 guests do not boot. | ||
| Description |
I'm not sure this should even be possible but the side effects are odd. I followed this guide http://shearer.org/MinimalEtchXen to setup a Debian Xen dom0 in Virtualbox. When rebooting into the Xen enabled kernel virtualbox 'Stops Responding'. The debian window disappears and the Virtualbox main app lists the virtual machine as 'aborted'. The only reason I tried is because I want to experiment with Xen without having to run a new machine. From googling I've found that vmware is able to run a Dom0 host so it is in theory possible. Virtualbox 1.5. Vista Business 32bit. w/Aero Glass enabled. VT extensions disabled. |

| #703 | obsolete | COM-XPCOM interoperability web page not found | ||
| Description |
On the "Technical Documentation" web page at http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Technical_documentation there is a broken link labelled "Writing cross platform component software using COM and XPCOM?". The link currently points to http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/COM-XPCOM%20interoperability and the http server reports "Page COM-XPCOM interoperability not found" Screenshot attached. Kind regards, laser |
