| #5205 | obsolete | BSOD at Windows XP environment with intel HW RAID | ||
| Description |
Export a vmdk from source PC,and import it to target PC. When I execute VB and boot the vmdk,it seem going well. But using the vmdk several minutes, the computer's hdd sound click noise and host OS report 0x0000007f error with bule screen of death. It's reproducible problem. The vmdk works at source PC without any problem. I'm thinking it is related in Intel RAID tool/driver or something... | #5207 | obsolete | Two USB external drives - CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005) | ||
| Description |
I have had this error message, "CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005)", up and till the last version, 3.0.8. Searching the forum, I saw that someone had to disable an external USB drive to get VirtualBox working. I tried this, and it worked, with one exception; I have 2 external USB drives connected. If I just disconnect one drive, VirtualBox works, but with both connected, I get the error message. Running Windows 7, x64, 4 GB RAM Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2.00GHz Fixed drive: Seagate 100 GB SATA (ST9100821AS) USB drive 1: LaCie 320 GB (Hitachi HTS543232L9A300) USB drive 2: Seagate 120 GB (ST912082 1A) |
