#4941 obsolete BSOD on upgrade to 3.0.6-52128, winxp host Jeff
Description

I was running fine with version 3.0.4-50677 but when trying to upgrade to 3.0.6, I get a BSOD. This is on a Windows xpsp3 box and the last line of the BSOD refers to FW.SYS. FW.SYS is a CheckPoint SecuRemote file. I was able to reinstall version 3.04 with no problems.

#4942 obsolete Black Screen for Windows XP Guess on Mac OS 10.6 host after upgrading to VB 3.0.6 umbra5885
Description

My Virtual Box was working Fine yesterday and for months before today (even the upgrade to Snow Leopard didn't effect VB) however when upgrading to 3.0.6 I found that when I have my XP Guest on my second monitor (whether full screen or not) if I move focus from that screen back to my first monitor, the XP Guest screen goes black. When returning to the Guest, everything is still black and the only fix is to either get out and back into full screen (push HOST F twice) or highlight the whole screen and click around a lot.

#4944 obsolete 3.0.6 crashes during install on Vista 64 Ultimate BSOD Gorlenko
Description

Currently running VM 3.0.4 Tried installing new version, 3.0.6 and Vista64 Ultimate crashes with BSOD around the point of the VM network driver install. Reboot, Vista still crashed after telling it to search for driver for VM network card - it fails of course... BSOD again... Boot into safe mode, disabled the VM Network card in device manager Was able to boot regular again. Ran system restore to previous state, but 3.0.4 failed to open any guest with VM error "Unknown Error creating VM (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)"

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: Console Interface: IConsole {0a51994b-cbc6-4686-94eb-d4e4023280e2}

Had to run 3.0.4 install, and select "Repair" to restore 3.0.4 version so it would work again.
