| #898 | fixed | Mouse scroll wheel stops working during session with Windows host, Linux guest | ||
| Description |
I have a windows XP host and a linux (Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10, additions installed) guest with VirtualBox 1.5.2. Nn fresh startups, the mouse scroll wheel works perfectly, but eventually becomes disabled. Simply restarting X does not fix it, however saving the machine's state and then restoring it (without having to restart VirtualBox) does fix the problem, which leads me to believe that it's a problem with the host software. |

| #900 | fixed | VirtualBox may crash with Windows NT 4 guest | ||
| Description |
Just installed Windows NT 4 SP0 guest on VirtualBox. Right After installing guest additions (and restarting), VirtualBox crashed. Host: Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4GB RAM, Win XP SP2, VirtualBox 1.5.2. Guest: Windows NT4 Workstation, without Service Pack, with guest additions. Settings: 64MB of RAM, ACPI=on, IO APIC=off, VT=off. The crash is Guru Meditation. It is sometimes reproduceble. Now, if this configuration is not supported, and I know that Guest Additions are intended to be installed on NT4 SP6 (not on SP0), the guest additions setup must simply refuse to install on such a system. After the VBox crash, VM can be rebooted and Win NT will work with the guest additions. P.S: It doesn't seem to crash with SP6. But maybe we need to try more times... -Technologov. 16.11.2007. |

| #901 | fixed | Windows NT 4 guest additions incomplete | ||
| Description |
Windows NT 4 guest additions provide just the VGA with good colors & resolutions. Other options lacks. No mouse integration (very needed), no guest auto resolution change, no other niceties... This can be seen with NT 4 (SP0 and SP6) guests, on VBox 1.5.2. -Technologov. 16.11.2007. |
