| #406 | invalid | VB (1.4.0) does not boot EMC2 (Ubuntu 6.06 + RTAI) | ||
| Description |
I have no success booting EMC2 http://www.linuxcnc.org/iso/emc2-ubuntu6.06-desktop-i386.iso Live-ISO-Image with VirtualBox 1.4.0 (this CNC-Machine Control Live-Image is based on Ubuntu 6.06 + RTAI patches). I am fully aware, that running real-time extensions in Virtual environment might be a far reach, but it would still be nice if it would boot, even if the real-time constraints are not possibly held. |

| #407 | fixed | Spurious NAK | ||
| Description |
Thanks for your very nice product. I've installed on a Windows Host a Debian guest (2.6.-18 kernel version) in console mode (no X-Server installed). I notice everytime I lost the focus on the VirtualBox window the Linux's error messge : "atkbd.c : Spurious NAK on isa0060/serio0. Somme program might be trying access hardware directly". I've upgraded to 1.4.0 version without changes. I've installed the guest additions on my Liux guest. I don't have this error message when I use the VBoxSDL program. Do you have an idea ? Thanks a lot for your help ... Best regards |

| #408 | fixed | OpenBSD installer detects VM hard drive incorrectly | ||
| Description |
Environment: VB 1.4.0 running under a vanilla install of Ubuntu 7.04. VB works fine with other VMs eg, Win98 and Win2k VMs function perfectly. Problem: Arises when installing OpenBSD 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 and 4.0. Irrespective of how the hard drive is configured and its size, the OpenBSD installer kernel reports the drive details as follows: wd0 at pciide0 at pciide0 channel 0 drive 0: <ST506> wd0: 1 sector PIO, CHS, 68MB, 1024 cyl, 8 head, 17 sec, 139264 sectors wd0(pciide0:0:0): using PIO mode 0 Disklabel subsequently fails to format the drive because of timeouts. |
